P. Gabriel exhibits a final form that resembles angelic wings extending outward. Its fronds are notably thick and white, making it a highly recognizable specimen. We named this cultivar "Gabriel" after the archangel from Hebrew tradition in the Bible.

Haruhana Collection Staghorn Fern P.Gabriel
A sporeling from the dwarf nook selection, P.Gabriel develops into a magnificent form with antler fronds spreading elegantly like angel wings. The thick, pearly white fronds make this variety highly distinctive.
We named this plant after Gabriel, the archangel in Hebrew tradition as described in the Bible. In early Renaissance paintings, Gabriel was often depicted as a female archangel, but later texts generally referred to him using male pronouns.
