Qinghua Deer Garden offers international shipping for staghorn ferns, including plant quarantine, export, and logistics services, all backed by years of practical experience. We ensure the healthy and safe delivery of plants to your specified location.

Shipping Destinations: United States (excluding California), Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand.
(Due to the plant quarantine process, shipping will be arranged at the earliest 5 days after the order is completed.)
Shipping Method: EMS.
Payment Method: Credit card payment, bank transfer (Japan only).
Shipping and quarantine fees may vary depending on the destination and the items ordered.

Order Process

Plant Selection

Visit the Qinghua Deer Garden online store to select your desired plants and add them to your shopping cart. If you have additional needs, feel free to contact our customer service for inquiries regarding plant varieties and pricing.

Order Placement

Place an order based on your selected items and choose credit card payment to complete the order. If you wish to purchase additional varieties, our customer service team will assist you in placing the order and send a checkout link for credit card payment to complete the purchase.

Payment Method

We accept credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, JCB, and UnionPay for both domestic and international transactions. If your payment fails, please check the following:

Ensure you are using a VISA, Mastercard, JCB, or UnionPay card.
Confirm that your credit card has the international transaction feature enabled.

Shipping Address:

To ensure the accuracy of your shipping address, after completing your order: Go to Account > Orders > Review > Seller & Customer Order Communication. Here, you can send your shipping address and address any related inquiries.

Shipping Time

Depending on the destination and time of your order, we will arrange to ship your items within as few as 5 days. A tracking number will be included with your order for your convenience.
