In collaboration with Japanese metal artisan Tiger Plants, we have carefully selected durable, 2mm thick metal materials. The design patterns are intricately processed using high-precision CNC machining to perfectly bring the design sketches to life.

Taking into account the plant’s need for good airflow, we have folded the edges of the metal board upwards to enhance air circulation. The smooth, flawless folds defy the hardness of the metal, ensuring no sharp edges. We’ve also replaced traditional moss ball and wire fasteners with specially thickened metal hooks, hand-welded by Japanese craftsmen. The welding is both refined and sturdy, ensuring a durable and visually appealing final product that showcases top-tier craftsmanship.

Additionally, the board is finished with a 200°C high-temperature fluorocarbon powder coating. This special finish shimmers subtly under light, exuding a luxurious yet understated charm. The deep, rich colors perfectly complement the varied hues and shapes of the plants while offering water, acid, and scratch resistance, as well as protection against insects and mold—meeting all the needs of premium staghorn fern care.
